The valet service is wonderful, courteous, prompt and safe. Even when walking in the casino area, it wasn't old and smokey, and when we got to the restaurant it did not smell of smoke. We are very non-smokers, and appreciated this. The place smells clean and not at all smokey on our floor or in the lobby area. They also have security peepholes in the door.
Also, the rooms have a DOORBELL that does not work when the privacy button is selected. Peace! And if we selected to have our room made up, even if we left after noon, the room was beautifully made up when we returned. When we selected Privacy absolutely no one knocked on our door. Inside the door are 2 buttons that the guest can select - one for Privacy or the other for 'Please enter and make up the room'. They have a cleaning system that I have never seen before. I walked around the amazing pool and wanted a swim (it is heated) but it was fairly chilly outside! There are many comfy gazebo beds and poolside outdoor lounge chairs all in the color scheme of the property. The view we had from our 6th floor room was lovely of the mountains as well as some of the twinkling lights towards downtown Vegas. Good deal! The bill details on arrival are very clear about all the different charges that would be incurred such as the taxes and resort fee. We made our booking after looking at reviews and booked through The amount we paid turned out to be less than what estimated.
